Prior to her career in executive search, Sarah had a successful career in human resources, including as Human Resources Director of Baker McKenzie Australia. She also worked for Ernst & Young, Dibbs Barker Gosling, and the Mars Corporation. Sarah’s in-depth knowledge of the Australian legal market and the workings of law firms has equipped her to offer strategic advice to clients in relation to human resources and recruitment needs.
Sarah always aims to fully understand the career goals and drivers of the individual before providing detailed market intelligence and honest, pragmatic advice. She is well positioned to discuss law firm strategies and what makes a successful lateral partner in different firms.
